Refund policy


It is our wish for you to be satisfied. Our products are crafted by hand to ensure the best quality possible, so you can enjoy them for years to come.

Due to the nature of screen printing by hand, colours may vary and slight imperfections may occur. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear when view in person. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. 

All orders are final sale.

Stephanie Cheng is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and reserves the right to refuse any returned items.

International customers, Stephanie Cheng is not responsible for any further import duties or taxes that may be applied to your package upon entering the destination country, as well as any delays that may occur during customs processing.

Shipping

Orders generally ship within 3 business days. Once your order has been posted, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number included. All domestic and international orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Domestic shipping: approx 2-7 days
United States shipping: approx 3-14 days
International shipping: approx 4-45 days

Lost or undelivered orders with slow/lettermail shipping will NOT be refunded, choose this option at your own risk.

Rejected deliveries will received a refund for the product but not the shipping cost, but only once the item has been returned in good condition to our facility. 

Packages lost in transit are the fault of the shipping company. We will do our best to accommodate the issue, but we do need to file a claim so your patience during these circumstances is appreciated.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a safe delivery location. If your package is successfully delivered, but then stolen from your porch/location, Stephanie Cheng can not be held responsible. Please only ship your order to a secure reliable location.
